Next Hillingdon Against Cuts Meeting: Wednesday 16th of March

Hillingdon Against Cuts (HAC)

The continued and planned further attacks on wages and conditions have left many workers shocked and angered.  The unemployed are to be used as slave labour, to further drive down wages and conditions.  The Public Services are being destroyed by the ideological arrogance of this government of Millionaires, who don’t use them and who collectively have never done an honest days’ work in their lives.

This government of the rich, for the rich, and by the rich is now intent on completely destroying the NHS and all that remains of the Welfare State. They intend to hand over all remaining Public Services to their very rich Corporate friends, many of whom evade taxes to the tune of £100 Billion every year and are themselves the cause of the financial crisis and recession.

Wages, Pensions and Benefits are to be slashed in real terms in the planned onslaught.  The Housing Crisis will be worsened by the complete abolition of secure Council Housing, leading to the return of Rachman Landlordism on a huge scale.  A return to the 1920s/1930s.

Now is the time to join the Fightback against all cuts.  Let’s Organise.
Please attend the Meeting on Wednesday March 16th, Committee Room 4, Civic Centre, Uxbridge.  Starts at 8pm sharp and closes at 9pm sharp (Please arrive early).

1) Planning for the TUC Demonstration on March 26th in London … coaches, travel etc.
2) Reports from various Trades Unions and other Organisations/Campaigns in the Borough.
Please attend to ensure that the HAC committee is truly representative of all our community in the battle against the cuts.  Make the rich pay.
Wally Kennedy, Secretary HAC.  (MOB: 07746-865-086)
